STORYLINE:

Isle of Dogs (2018) is set in a dystopian future Japan where an outbreak of canine flu leads to the quarantine of all dogs on Trash Island. The story follows a young boy named Atari who travels to the island in search of his beloved dog, Spots. With the help of a pack of misfit canines, Atari embarks on an epic journey that reveals the true nature of the virus and the sinister forces at play. The film combines stunning stop-motion animation with a heartfelt narrative, exploring themes of loyalty, courage, and the bond between humans and their pets.
