Storyline
In "Friday" (1995), Craig Jones (Ice Cube), after losing his job on his day off, spends the day with his best friend Smokey (Chris Tucker) in their South Central neighborhood. What starts as a day of relaxation and idle time quickly turns into a series of comedic misadventures when they learn that Smokey owes a significant amount of money to the local drug dealer, Big Worm. The duo must navigate through their day avoiding trouble, dealing with family dynamics, and finding a way to pay back the debt before the day ends.
