STORYLINE

"High Anxiety" is a satirical homage to Alfred Hitchcock's iconic thrillers. Dr. Richard H. Thorndyke, the newly appointed director of the Psychoneurotic Institute for the Very, Very Nervous, finds himself entangled in a web of murder, conspiracy, and deceit. As he battles his own fear of heights, Thorndyke uncovers a sinister plot within the institution. Packed with slapstick humor and clever parodies, the film is a testament to Mel Brooks' comedic genius.
