STORYLINE

Mad Max: The Road Warrior (1981) is the second installment in the Mad Max franchise. Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, the film follows Max Rockatansky as he becomes a reluctant hero to a small group of settlers who are besieged by a ruthless gang led by the fearsome Humungus. The settlers possess a precious fuel supply, and Max agrees to help them defend their compound in exchange for fuel for his vehicle. The film culminates in a thrilling and high-octane chase sequence that showcases Max's resourcefulness and bravery.
